A leading company within the Insurance sector is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to contribute to the development and execution of the risk framework, ensuring key risks are understood and managed. Provide oversight and challenge to operational risk management. Key Responsibilities:

Enhance and monitor the operational risk framework. Provide risk oversight and recommend control improvements. Lead strategic reviews and report to senior management. Ensure operational resilience within risk appetite. Regular reporting to management and governance forums. Support the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process. Liaise with stakeholders to gather and report risk information. Respond to ad hoc projects from senior risk management. Skills and Experience:

Experience in risk management and high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of risk management frameworks and processes. Understanding of the insurance industry and business operations. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
