Responsibilities:
Effectively develop, implement, administer, and ensure compliance with the company's risk framework and risk management processes and procedures. Enhancing and optimizing the operational risk framework to drive better outcomes. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with operational teams (e.g., IT, Business Transformation, Procurement), where we serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate clear communication, collaboration, and influence. Taking the lead in operational risk analysis, managing risk events, and producing insightful risk reports. Delivering second-line challenges by actively participating in stakeholder meetings, project boards, and comprehensive risk reviews. Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have strong project management capabilities. Effectively lead discussions. Proficient in report writing. Excel in problem-solving and decision-making. Employ active listening skills to understand perspectives fully.
