Do you have experience working with customer payment systems? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join Utilita, where you will support the back-office process for customers making payments to Utilita via online services. What does this role involve? As an Operational Support Analyst, you will monitor the performance of vital systems such as Pay Point, Payzone, and My Utilita, ensuring customer payments are processed correctly. If any issues present themselves, you will alert the Operational Support Manager and support where needed. Day to day, you will: identify and investigate system bugs; support with industry incentives, such as the Warm Home Discount; triage My Utilita App enquiries in regard to its functionality; provide key updates to the Operational Support Manager regarding any critical service outages or issues. Who are we looking for? You will have an inquisitive and curious nature, along with a keen eye for detail, to understand and correct any anomalies. You will have a methodical approach and be able to follow processes to make logical decisions. If you have previous experience working in the energy industry, then this would be advantageous; however, full training is provided. What we can offer you? Bonus Scheme:
