Develop and execute technology plans that address clients' needs in tax technology, process optimisation, and data management. Oversee the creation and deployment of tools to enhance client engagements and ensure the delivery of impactful solutions. Serve as a key figure in fostering a positive team culture and supporting talent development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Operational Transfer Pricing solutions that streamline global tax reporting and compliance processes. Devise and implement strategies for improving tax data management and automation through advanced technology platforms. Conduct detailed assessments of clients' processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and designing effective solutions. Utilise technology to analyse data and present insights through user-friendly dashboards and visualisations. The ideal candidate will: Have experience managing complex consulting projects and delivering innovative, practical solutions. Be a motivated, collaborative team player with strong leadership and communication skills. Possess expertise in Operational Transfer Pricing, ERP systems, and tax compliance processes. Have experience in implementing transfer pricing technology solutions and integrating ERP systems to optimise tax performance. Be commercially focused, with a keen ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrable experience in tax or finance transformation, or the implementation of technology solutions. ACA/CTA or other equivalent qualifications (preferred). Proven experience in managing teams and coaching junior colleagues. A commitment to continuous learning and self-development, particularly in the areas of tax and technology.
