We are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst who is eager to learn in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Your future role at QRT The successful candidate will sit with the trading desk, combining traditional operations responsibilities with crypto-specific tasks. This will include: Processing and reconciling crypto trades Onboarding new exchanges, brokers and custodians, including completing KYC requirements Providing operational support to the trading desk as required Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and proposing innovative solutions Using Python scripts and tools to automate tasks and optimise workflows (Python skills are not required and can be developed on the job) Degree educated in a numerical discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or related field) 1-2 years operations experience within financial services An aptitude for working with large data sets Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Driven and self-motivated to problem solve and work cross-collaboratively Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Team-player Basic knowledge of Python or a willingness to learn QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
