About the role:

Create daily, monthly, and quarterly customer reports. Provide stakeholders with accurate reports showing forecasted volumes, collected volume and delivery successes. Support the operational requirements of UKMCC. Support the creation of ad hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Respond to queries within SLA for any reporting or forecasting enquiries. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong analytical skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, able to analyse, manipulate and present data in an easily understandable way to stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing. Experience in using Power BI & VBA would be a distinct advantage. What about career development?
