We are looking for innovative, analytical thinkers to join our operations team. Are you looking to build the foundations of a strong, fast-paced career in the energy industry with a growing independent energy supplier? What Will I Do? As a Junior Power Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources, identifying anomalies as appropriate. Working alongside internal stakeholders, and a number of third-parties you will support the resolution of customers’ queries, always ensuring customer data is up-to-date and accurately reflects our billing systems. What Skills Do I Need? This role would be ideally suited to someone who is highly numerate with a great eye for detail and is comfortable working with large datasets. Ideally you will already have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to learn our internal database systems and processes. What can we offer? Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
