We’re on the lookout for an IT Infrastructure, Information Security & End-User Compute Manager to take charge of our IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for brand-new technology, cloud migration, and crafting seamless user experiences. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, ensuring our IT systems are secure, reliable, and built for the future. What we offer:

What You’ll Do:

Shape IT Strategy: Design, deploy, and maintain high-performing, scalable IT infrastructure. Secure Our Future: Implement robust information security policies with the support of a third party to ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO standards. Drive Innovation: Lead our migration to cloud services like AWS and Azure. Support Excellence: Be responsible for end-user computing, manage the IT helpdesk, and deliver an outstanding user experience. Lead a Team: Inspire and mentor a small team of IT professionals. What You’ll Bring:

You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in a leadership role. You have the technical expertise to manage sophisticated systems and the communication skills to align IT strategy with business goals. Most importantly, you’re ready to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement. Here's more technical requirements: Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, and information security. Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data centre management, and virtualisation. Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001). Leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and service delivery. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are a plus.
