We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our iconic Emporio Armani Flagship Store team. If you have a knack for flawless operations, this is your chance to be a part of something extraordinary! The Operations Assistant will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store stock function supporting the Stock Controller in all operational processes as well as supporting Store Management being a key role in all admin tasks. The main purpose of the role is to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, enhance productivity, adhere to standard operating procedures, and effectively communicate among different store departments. The Operations Assistant role:

STOCK MANAGEMENT Assist in inventory management, including physically receiving, organising and replenishing stock. Help organise the stockrooms according to company/management guidelines. Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising activities as needed, including pricing, tagging and de-tagging garments. Support the Store Operations Coordinator in preparing the bi-annual inventory stocktake. Conduct regular cycle counts in agreement with the Store Operations Coordinator and Stock Controller. Support managing EOS returns or any stock movement/transfer including identifying, picking and getting items ready for shipping. ADMIN Knowledge of till system (XY), including but not limited to sales transactions, cash and credit cards. Assist the Store Operations Coordinator and Store Manager in overseeing all operational and administrative functions within the store. Help the Store Management Team maintain the organisation of administration responsibilities, including banking, cash handling and money collections. Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork and maintaining records. Assist with Daily Balance closure and banking procedures. FACILITIES AND HOUSEKEEPING Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping within the store. Understanding of product categories and how they should be stored and managed in the stock rooms including all organisational elements. Adhere to safety and security and ensure compliance on company policies and procedures. Requirements: Motivated, energised individual with a positive attitude towards the role. Maintain a high level of communication both with colleagues and all members of management and actively contribute to a positive work environment. Highly PC literate with experience using modern integrated computer systems. Good organisational and administration skills, with a sense of responsibility. Maintain the highest standard of personal presentation and appearance at all times whilst ensuring company guidelines are met; be a Brand Ambassador.
