What the day will look like: Assisting the Operations Team for the following Reinsurance Solutions activities:
Control Risk & Governance Forms
  • Contract Certainty & Evidence of Cover Monitoring
  • Mandatory Learning Modules or any additional Mandatory Training
  • Conflict of Interest Reporting
  • Onboarding and preparing ORTP
Collateralised Markets Reporting
  • Gift & Entertainment (inclusive of T&E analysis)
  • Review and administer CER / Cvent policies and manage and report breaches as appropriate.
E&O Root Cause Analysis
  • File Review Reporting
  • Terms of Business Agreements Administration
  • Adhoc Projects
  • Business Continuity Plans
  • Operational Resilience
How this opportunity is different This exciting opportunity will provide a platform for a driven individual to forge a unique and impactful role across UK ReSol.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Renewal tracking - proactively tracking team performance against plan throughout key renewal periods.
  • Operations support - provide a key link to the operations team to ensure accurate reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Strategic projects - support leadership and management to deliver special projects and analysis relating to team performance.
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong relationship and empathy building skills who is capable of dealing with a diverse range of relationships.
  • Excellent organisations skills that ensures the gathering, processing, distribution and use of this information occur in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate well across organisational levels.
  • Upholds and demonstrates Aon's values.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
