This group have three new openings in the pipeline and plans for further growth whilst utilising fresh local produce and nurturing talent.

Your New Role as Our Operations Chef:
- Amazing Food: Support your team to prepare, produce and serve a diverse menu, utilising some great local produce.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop multiple kitchen brigades, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
- Stock Control: Oversee inventory and maintain efficient stock management.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
What We Ask of You:
- Passion for Cooking: A genuine love for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Operations Chef in high-quality, high-volume gastropubs or restaurants. Branded experience would be a bonus.
- Organised and Communicative: Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
- Team Building: Experience in building and managing a cohesive, efficient kitchen team.
- Charismatic: Youll be the beating heart of the team, liaising with the executive team, mentoring junior Chefs and motivating everyone in between.
