We have an amazing opportunity for an Operations Co-ordinator to join Team OB in our Support Office in Chessington. As an Operations Co-ordinator at OB you will manage and develop the Operations Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the department. Working closely and collaborating with multiple teams and departments across the business to deliver a variety of projects and initiatives, you will play a key role in supporting their research, development and implementation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your work will support the overall Business Strategy through strong collaboration and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo.

We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly. More about the role … An OB Operations Co-ordinator will: Proactively look for ways we can improve current processes in line with the current Retail Industry Support the overview of the Operations inbox, responding to queries from Stores and SO – delegating, investigating and resolving as efficiently as possible.
