THE ROLE Within Renoir, we specialize in sustainable operational change and are looking for an experienced Operations Consultant to join a vibrant, high-energy team within a global enterprise. This role will consolidate and build upon our change management and consultancy services within the Oil & Gas Sector (On/Offshore). Renoir is a diverse international team of extremely talented individuals who work together to exceed our clients' expectations. The Offshore Performance Coach(s) will be a vital part of our Energy practice, focusing on the core upstream operational, maintenance, and production processes that deliver the best value for our global clients. THE PROFILE The Operations Consultant(s) will have a passion for understanding Renoir’s journey from potential supplier to a valued partner and advisor. At the forefront is a collaborative and consultative approach, reflecting the nature of the investment and value expected. With that in mind, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years in consultancy, engineering, or oil & gas. Background with performance coaching and change management frameworks. Credible experience in offshore maintenance operations, optimization, and scheduling. Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all client stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to manage and prioritize daily workload. Previous offshore experience is greatly preferred. A self-starter who is naturally curious and engaging. WHY BE A RENOIR CHANGE MAKER?
