Full time, rotating shift pattern. Flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays is required
Salary:
£28,000-£30,000
Day to Day responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling the team to ensure 5-star service is delivered to clients
Managing incoming bookings and ensuring internal systems are updated accordingly
Keeping up to date with customer changes and factors that may impact completion of works, and dealing with these efficiently
Upselling services and further developing sales at the bases
Issuing Compliance Certificates
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting Team Leaders where applicable
Administration of all departmental documentation
Requirements:
Aviation experience is essential
Planning and scheduling experience
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator
Ability to work to time scales in a high pressure environment
Highly motivated to deliver outstanding customer service
