with a background in leadership roles for global product manufacturing/engineering organisations. Ideally, you'll have worked within organisations that are engineering innovative products in the ESG space, and on a steady upward trajectory in their growth journey. (with some flex for the perfect person) plus: Monthly car allowance 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Contributory pension In this role, you will oversee business functions that include production, supply chain, design engineering, and also sit as part of the executive team. It's important that you come from a technical background, so you can really understand the design and engineering principles of the product and how it's made.
