Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders. Drive business growth and ensure client and customer satisfaction is achieved to a high level. Lead, manage, and direct senior and middle line managers, ensuring all staff operate within Norse human resources procedures. Prepare detailed annual budgets, business forecasts, and annual financial plans based on current contracts and anticipated business growth. Ensure contractual obligations and statutory requirements are met within time and budget. Lead on Health and Safety, developing a positive health and safety culture, ensuring all staff are up to date on regulations and operational staff are trained to industry standards at all times. About You: You will have previous experience working at a Senior Management / Director level within a complex business and ideally possess some background knowledge in grounds and/or waste management. Alongside this, you will be able to demonstrate:
Extensive senior management experience, including commercial and financial responsibility and strategic business planning. Experience in a multi-function service environment. Articulate communicator with excellent written and oral skills, confident liaising with decision-makers at all levels with strong networking and negotiating skills.
