About the role Here at United Living Property Services, our regeneration and partnerships business is growing and we are on the lookout for an Operations Director or Head of Operations to come and join us in the Northern part of our region. We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate exceptional and successful experience of working within a main contractor on social housing and residential refurbishment projects. Our ideal candidate will already be managing strategic multi-million pound partnerships in the Housing and/or Construction sector. We are looking for strategic leaders who can develop and drive high performance teams. Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners. About you Extensive experience working for a main contractor in a senior level role Demonstrable success in leading high performing teams to exceptional delivery and growth of business units/regions Proven leadership experience Good data interrogation skills and effective reporting A proactive, self-motivated, hard-working, empathetic and supportive leader with an assertive and dynamic outlook Valid UK driving licence Demonstrable client relationship building and success in developing new relationships whilst retaining existing Excellent client engagement skills Excellent Health and Safety Awareness Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team Proven growth and expansion track record Qualifications

Ideally construction, surveying or equivalent degree with membership to CIOB, RICS or other construction industry related accreditation. NVQ7, IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent. Additional Information
