With plans to restructure the management and operations of their multimillion £ portfolio, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background in operational management, performance and property management to join a thriving Liverpool business. Your new role

As the business continues to grow its property portfolio of first-class rental accommodation in the city, this is an integral new role in the business. The Operations Director will have overall responsibility for the operational management of the North West property portfolio and property management team. You will be responsible for driving profit through maximised occupancy levels and rent collection. They maintain a high standard throughout their build to rent portfolio and have an in-house customer service and cleaning and maintenance team who service the property portfolio, which is predominantly in Liverpool.

With major plans to redevelop the structure as they continue to grow and build further developments, the business owners are seeking the hire of an Operations Director who can influence, provide advice and really shape this role to be their own. You will be tasked with implementing new procedures to improve and streamline operations and mentoring a team of Liverpool-based Property and Building Managers.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Operations Director will have a proven background at a senior management level within property management and must be able to demonstrate strategic and operational management within a similar role. You must have a proven background in structuring teams and implementing business processes. With a number of direct reports, this role will suit an individual who can demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and manage team performance. It is essential that you have operated within a property management business before.
