Operations Director Social Housing Frameworks South London & Surrounding Areas (Lewisham / Greenwich) Role Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £120k + package Company Description My Client a leading infrastructure, construction, and property Services Company in the UK. Main Duties Oversee the daily operations of housing programs to ensure efficiency and compliance Develop and implement housing policies and procedures Manage budgets and financial plans for housing programs Coordinate with government agencies, non-profits, and other stakeholders Supervise and support housing staff and volunteer teams Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations Ensure compliance with housing regulations and laws Develop outreach programs to inform and engage the community Prepare and present reports to senior management and boards Handle resident complaints and conflict resolution Identify and apply for funding opportunities and grants Monitor housing market trends to inform program strategies Facilitate training and development programs for staff Manage housing records and documentation Implement sustainability practices in housing projects The role Main scope of works is large blocks of flats which they need to refurb Kitchen, Bathrooms, Painting, Cladding etc. Ranging £50M - £100M social housing frameworks. Experience in SHDF is preferred but not essential.
