The Property Operations Director will oversee the management of contracts and their ongoing planned and refurb programs, analyzing delivery against targets. The role will involve collaborating with various teams within the organization and working closely with and reporting into the overall UK Head of Operations, ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of projects under your control. With an excellent tradition of building and maintaining social housing developments and strong partnerships across the social housing sector, working with local authorities, housing associations, and social landlords, this role will see you lead a management and delivery team for the multiple projects and frameworks under your control.
