Operations Director - Join a High-Growth Distribution Business About Them They are a rapidly expanding distribution company delivering directly to consumers. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Director to lead their team to new heights. About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and Developing High-Performing Teams:

Oversee three key business functions including the Warehouse and Customer Service Teams with direct reports and a team of 35+ employees. Foster a high-performance culture, identifying and developing talent within their team. Streamlining Operations:

Optimise operational processes across their UK site and standardise operations across their sites in three other countries. Driving Efficiency and Profitability:

Plan and utilise resources effectively, maximising productivity and profitability of direct labour resources while minimising costs. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet their business, financial, and service targets. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions. Ensuring Compliance:

Maintain the highest standards of quality, health, and safety across all operations. Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, developing and implementing new systems, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Building Strong Relationships:

Collaborate effectively with internal teams across their organisation to ensure seamless operations. About You The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in a complex supply chain environment, preferably within B2C distribution (B2B experience also considered). Strong leadership, management, and team development skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. A commercial mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and profitability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in implementing and improving operational processes.
