I am recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a growing organisation that aims to provide expert residential childcare for children and young people across the north of England. The organisation is in the process of opening its first home in the Cheshire region.
Job Details:
Operations Director / Responsible Individual Children's residential care homes, OFSTED-regulated services RI for 1 EBD service, in the West Cheshire area The services support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours Working alongside the Director Support the RM in the opening of a brand-new children's home Lead on Recruitment, staff development, and supervision Lead on opening new services, implementing company policies and procedures Ensure all services are compliant with OFSTED, ensuring the managers of each home are safely managing each service Lead on safeguarding concerns Full-time, permanent position Pay:
£60,000 - £75,000 + Equity stake in the business Requirements:
Driving licence NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management Multi-site management experience Experience as either an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager or RI
