Operations Director
Closing date: Friday, 17 January Somerset Community Foundation is looking for an experienced Operations Director to deliver business-critical leadership and manage and inspire colleagues.
Somerset Community Foundation is a grant-making charity that provides simple, rewarding, and impactful ways for donors to make a difference on their doorstep, helping to build strong communities where everyone can thrive. They believe that real and lasting change can only be created when we put communities at the heart of that change. The organisation is looking for an Operations Director to deliver business-critical leadership, ensuring that their internal operations are robust, effective, and support their 2025-2035 strategy. From leading on setting strategic budgets and financial reporting to organisational development, performance analysis, infrastructure systems, and governance, the post-holder will provide best-in-class organisational assurance. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a relevant senior management role, as well as experience of contributing to senior decision-making within an organisation. They will have knowledge of setting and managing organisational budgets, and of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). Salary:
