To be successful in this role of Engineering Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- A track record of completing projects on time on quality in a complex environment
- A track record of can-do taking ownership for outcomes beyond immediate disciplinary control
- Structured, organised approach to work providing a consisted/detail approach to problem solving
- Five years' experience working in a similar manufacturing environment and possess a good understanding of using Quality and Process management tools and methodology, including 5S/6S, flowcharts, VSM, Kaizen, Pareto, QCPC, 8D, Cause & Effect, Ishikawa, 5 whys etc
