We're seeking a talented individual with a passion for numbers to join our Fees team in Liverpool. You will be responsible for all aspects of Account Opening and Maintenance, primarily in Fees administration, helping out on Account Opening, Static Data and internal account reconciliations. As Operations Executive - Fees, your responsibilities will include among others: Maintaining fee static data on various systems, loading fee rates onto new accounts, processing fee debits, refunds, and reversals. Validate fee documentation. Provide fee guidance to branches: manage mailbox and answer calls regarding fees. Liaise with platform providers and Finance. Support teams within the same stream and departments and assist the team with ongoing fee projects. Minimum Requirements: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics, Finance or similar educational background. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of PowerBi. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt conversation to suit any level within the organisation and external companies. Dedicated to providing outstanding client service with proven excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and to work to targets and tight timescales, with a flexible approach to team priorities. Adopt a high-quality culture to minimise error, ensuring high quality service levels and standards are delivered. Desired: Previous experience in the financial services industry, especially in Operations, is preferable but not essential.
