What will you be doing? Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Ltd (EPFL) provides Authorised Fund Manager (AFM / ACD) and Fund Administration services to Authorised Funds domiciled in the UK. ACD services are inclusive of Fund & Delegate Oversight and the production of fund-level Assessment of Value. Fund Administration services are inclusive of Fund Pricing & Valuations, Financial Reporting & Taxation, Investor Services (including Transfer Agency, Fund Literature & Fees), Technical Fund Accounting & Transitions and Client Service Management. This role is within Fund Literature & Fees reporting to Head of Investor Services. This role will have responsibility for the maintenance of all scheme documentation inclusive of fund prospectuses and Key Investor Information Documents (KIID’s) ensuring their completeness and accuracy. Furthermore this role has responsibility for the timely and accurate invoicing and payment of all ACD and Fund Administrative Services provided to funds liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary. As Operations Executive,

your responsibilities will include among others Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and work produced within deadlines and that any anomalies are reported to your line manager within agreed timescales. Ensure that personal and team KPIs are met, assist in collation of MI highlighting any issues to management. Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders as necessary in the collation and sharing of scheme documentation updates and all fund service delivery invoicing. Contribute to the review of team tasks and identifying improvements with a view to enhancing processes and associated controls. Support in the regular review of team procedural documentation ensuring this is kept up to date at all times. Adopt a high-quality culture to minimise errors and ensuring high quality service levels are delivered. Ensuring all work is with a high level of accuracy, including data input, document checking and payments, escalating to manager or relevant department where necessary. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should Demonstrable interest in financial services and in particular investment management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel. Strong Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to senior audiences. Ability to work well in a team but concurrently comfortable to work individually. Demonstrate ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner. Experience gained within a financial services institution especially in Operations is advantageous but not essential. Additional Information
