Central London Summary We are excited to announce that we’re looking to fill the role of Operations Executive for one of our valued clients. In this position, you’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations, oversee key functions, and drive growth. They’re seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and bring positive energy to the team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining office standards, supporting legal and compliance efforts, and improving processes. Key Responsibilities Manage kitchen stock, cleanliness, rota, and maintain office standards while overseeing cleaning suppliers. Handle mail, diary management, incoming calls, submit expenses for founders, and order business cards. Order and configure equipment, accounts, systems, and licences, while organising orientation schedules, conducting onboarding, and managing offboarding actions. Oversee repairs, office improvements, and manage and grow charity initiatives in the UK & US. Coordinate travel and logistics for internal events, and organise both internal and external social and business events. Update company website, handbook, policies, and procedures. Support with presentations and documentation. Track Terms of Business and support GDPR and contract compliance. CRM, Reporting, Audits & Integrations Manage coding requests and support leaders with reports. Generate regular reports on activity, performance, and data health. Support recruitment tools and software implementation. Assist in training staff and manage telephony platform supplier. Skills & Competencies Reactive, proactive & adaptable. Motivated, driven, and has initiative. Task and time management, record keeping. Confident verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office. IT troubleshooting skills.
