Operations Finance Controller

Location: Rockcliffe, Cumbria (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Finance Controller to join our dynamic Operations team. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills who can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage chargeable works operations using advanced CRM systems
  • Provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting for departmental KPIs
  • Support operations leadership in performance optimization and compliance
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities
  • Implement efficiency dashboards using Power BI
  • Audit operational data for accuracy and completeness
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes


Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
  • Proven experience in operational data analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
  • Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 (depending on experience)
  • Discretionary performance bonus
  • 25 days annual leave (option to purchase/sell additional 5 days)
