Operations Finance Lead
to join our busy team in i54 Wolverhampton!
As the Operations Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Operations Team to enhance cost clarity for our diverse brands, including Shaw's, Perrin and Rowe, Victoria + Albert, Rohl, Riobel, and Aqualisa. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic and financial planning
Reporting and analysis
Capital allocation
Cash flow management
Resource allocation and expense management
Overseeing the preparation of vital financial reports
Managing the preparation of budgets
Facilitating annual strategic planning
Collaborating with various departments to implement inventory processes
Nurturing organisational talent to meet future business needs
Hours of Work:
Permanent, Full Time
Operations Finance Lead Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics) is essential; CIMA/ACCA/ACA or an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution of branded goods or fast-moving consumer goods.
Proven experience in strategic financial planning, reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial IT/ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or EFACS) and excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Exceptional communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach.
