£30,000 (increasing to £33,000 in Year 2) Location:
Lacock, Wiltshire We are seeking a driven and ambitious Operations Graduate to join our production and packing facility in Lacock, Wiltshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food production, supply chain management, and operational excellence within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Upon joining as an Operations Graduate, you will spend 3 months undergoing a company-wide induction across various departments to understand and optimise processes, improve efficiency, and support key operational initiatives. You will then join the production department to continue your training and development. Alongside which, you will have the opportunity to study for a professional qualification and complete our Stonegate Management Course. Upon successful completion of your Operations Graduateship, you will have the opportunity to stay with Stonegate as a Deputy Shift Manager for one of our production shifts. Shifts we operate: 06.00am - 18.00pm, 4on4off 06.00am - 14.00pm, Monday - Friday 18.00pm- 02.00am, Monday - Friday About Stonegate Farmers Ltd Stonegate Farmers Ltd is an integrated free range and organic egg business organised across three divisions comprising farming and agriculture, egg packing and cooked egg processing. Established in 1926 and under new ownership since 2016, we have grown into one of the largest free-range and organic egg producers within the UK. Gain exposure to leadership and management responsibilities through structured development and training.
