Expectations

Organize employee attendance of various international and domestic events, including scheduling, travel, and accommodation; liaising with event organizers, travel and hospitality providers; conducting post-event briefings; supporting EA with organizing several internal company events and ensuring that they are carried out to a high standard; organizing logistics for external meetings.

Deliver on our 'Congress Score' - the experience employees have at various international events.

Support Head of People with employee off-boarding, performance review management, and maintaining our HR software (HiBob) and other ad-hoc projects.

Maintain IT systems and external IT support, including company-wide hardware and software.

Lead the Operations Assistant to maintain a fully functioning office environment.

Collaborate with the Process & Workflow Lead to ensure all processes, procedures, and policies are up-to-date and adhered to across the company.

Support and advise employees where needed; support senior management where needed; manage the company calendar developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within both the Operations department and other departments.

Supervise and collaborate with the operations team.

Experience Required

Excellent attention to detail, the ability to 'sweat the small stuff', knowing the importance of the bigger picture.

A next step up for experienced Operations Assistants, Office Administrators, Travel Coordinators, or Junior Executive Assistants; bonus if any exposure to HR process and/or CIPD trained.

An effective communicator from the most junior to the most senior stakeholder, adept at implementing strategy and supporting employees.

Hours:

8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri

Working pattern:

Full time in office, due to the nature of the role.

Location:

This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office.
