Were looking for an Operational Lead for our South Ockendon site; the primary purpose of this role is to optimise Productivity, Quality and Service at the service centre whilst ensuring we maintain a Zero Harm culture at the site. The role will report into the Plant Manager and be responsible for a team of c100 staff and oversee over 200 vehicle movements a day.
