As an Operations & Logistics Manager within this incredible product company in the vitamins, minerals and supplements space, you will oversee and optimise their internal operations, logistics and warehousing. You will be accountable and responsible for the day to day operations at this East Sussex facility and will help deliver the business strategic priorities to move the business forward with ambition and pace. The goal is to assure safe, high quality, cost effective operations and services, aiming for the long-term success of the business and team.

Leadership of incoming and outgoing goods operations Ensuring delivery of OTIF stock movements to Trade Partners & D2C Order Fulfilment Supporting the Production team in delivering finished goods to plan Accountable for safe and compliant operation of warehousing, packaging and fulfilment activity at East Sussex facility Develop Standard Operating Procedures to drive safe and compliant activities Responsible for the accurate management of stocks and goods Identify, analyse and mitigate risks Operations & Logistics Manager Skills & Experience Required
Proven reliable experience relevant to the role Knowledge of warehousing, shipping and inventory procedures Technical confidence in understanding WMS / ERP systems Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data Keen eye for detail Engaging approach to people management Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements Interested?
