Operations Manager

to oversee critical day-to-day functions, including operations, logistics, health and safety, insurance, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting Everrati’s growth and maintaining its reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operations. Logistics Oversee logistics planning, including inventory control, scheduling, and distribution to meet client needs. Health & Safety (H&S) Implement and monitor compliance with H&S policies. Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols. Insurance Manage insurance requirements, maintain appropriate coverage, and address claims or incidents. Vendor and Supplier Relations Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure high service levels. Budget and Cost Control Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage expenses effectively. Process Improvement Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and service quality. Team Leadership Manage and motivate a small team, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure adherence to Everrati’s values and high standards. Key skills & Experience: Experience : Minimum 5 years in operations management, logistics, or related fields, preferably in a regulated industry. H&S Knowledge : Solid understanding of health and safety standards and best practices. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Leadership and Communication : Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders. Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring capabilities.
