The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operations across our venues. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in multi-site management who is passionate about driving efficiency, elevating customer experience, and supporting brand growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring each meets brand standards for service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with venue managers to drive engagement, training, and performance.
  • Monitor budgets, financial targets, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
  • Support recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in an operations management role, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
  • Proven experience in multi-site management with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A hands-on approach with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
