- Support a team of Project Managers and associated delivery personnel.
- Supporting the Operations Director with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development of operational staff.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, programme, budget, and quality requirements.
- Monitoring project performance through regular reviews of programme, cost, risk, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Integrated Management System and operational procedures.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
