Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office Operations Manager’s Core Duties
Develop supply strategies to improve flow and aging of products Work with the sales and product teams to meet customer demand Implement mechanisms to reduce aged stock Work with dealers to ensure the right mix of models and production Support the sales team in recommending strategies to achieve targets Assist in the launch of new products Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss supply requirements Report on current supply targets and recommendations at local and national level Ensure supply SLAs are being met and take action if required Optimize distribution channels and internal processes Operations Manager’s Skills Required
