Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm.

JOB PURPOSE:

The post holder will be responsible for

managing and leading

teams to ensure day to day

operational

delivery and

service management

for clinical and non-clinical services to deliver programme completion within

budget

and agreed timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly line

manage team members

working within the programme in line with Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with annual appraisals, personal development plans and appropriate training. Responsible for local uptake levels and working to

targets and KPIs . Collaborate with Local Authority groups / NHS commissioners / other external stakeholders and internal key stakeholders, to provide information on the

delivery of the service . Responsible for all programme-level strategic

planning

and implementing change and process improvements. Manage resources

(workforce etc) and reduce operational costs where necessary. Prepare reports,

analytical

data and updates for management. Identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks and vulnerabilities across the

delivery framework. Plan and execute local

Health Promotion

for all programmes. Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position. Comply with Company policies & procedures. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Degree Educated Evidence of ability to deliver large, complex programmes in a highly regulated industry. Lead and manage collaborative working across divisional and organisational multidisciplinary teams. Ability to deliver improvements in clinical and or non-clinical environments. Knowledge of Care Quality Commission desirable (CQC). Strong leadership qualities to lead, empower and motivate teams. Experience in budgetary and data analysis reporting. Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision. Assertive, team player and critical thinker. Excellent IT skills. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills.
