Carrying out RAMS and producing RAMS to the project manager's request and detail to then be sent over to the project manager. Assisting the Project Manager in managing stock control and maintaining a clear report each week of what project has used what stock. Ordering aluminium, glass, and door schedules with the relative suppliers, ensuring they are ordered efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure the correct material arrives on site as scheduled by the designer. Stock control of plastic seals used. Producing O&M Manuals for each project to send over to the main contractor. Sending a weekly delivery schedule of what deliveries we have in for the week and what site they are going to, sent out to the site manager and project manager. Booking health and safety visits from Project Manager's request to site. Ordering any other materials needed when required. Regular van deliveries are needed, so need to be on top of ordering items or vans on short notice to go to site. Printing out drawings and ensuring the drawing pack sent over from the project manager is ordered and ready to be sent to site. Skills
Knowledge of building and construction is preferred but not critical. Excellent time management skills. Verbal communication skills. Good initiative and logical thinking skills. Good Microsoft Word and IT skills. Good planning and problem-solving skills. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a similar field is typically required.
