About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the Head of Business Operations, CRO, and Chair of the Operations Management Board (OMB) in managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: Operational Performance: Provide operational support and assistance to senior management. Contribute to the development and delivery of the Operational Strategy. Maintain and update company policies and procedures. Support the Operations Management Board. Facilitate collaboration between teams and functions. Operational Resilience: Track, monitor, and report on operational resilience performance. Maintain up-to-date operational resilience documentation. Support the Incident Response Team and Operational Resilience Working Group. Implement operational resilience testing and improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with the Operational Resilience Principle. Outsourcing and Third-Party Management: Maintain and update the outsourcing and third-party register. Support the procurement and onboarding of outsourced providers. Track and monitor the performance of critical third parties. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a regulated industry. Strong understanding of operational resilience principles and practices. Knowledge of outsourcing and third-party risk management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
