Carrying out RAMS and producing RAMS at the project manager's request to be sent over to the project manager. Assisting the Project Manager in managing stock control and maintaining a clear report each week of what project has used what stock. Ordering aluminium, glass, and door schedules with the relevant suppliers, ensuring efficient and timely ordering so that the correct materials arrive on site as scheduled by the designer. Managing stock control of plastic seals used. Producing O&M Manuals for each project to send to the main contractor. Sending a weekly delivery schedule of what deliveries are incoming for the week and their respective sites to the site manager and project manager. Booking health and safety visits to the site as requested by the Project Manager. Ordering any other materials as required. Coordinating regular van deliveries and ensuring timely ordering of items or vans on short notice for site delivery. Printing out drawings and ensuring the drawing pack sent from the project manager is organized and ready to be sent to the site. Skills Knowledge of building and construction (not critical) Excellent time management skills Strong verbal communication skills Good initiative and logical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and good IT skills Effective planning and problem-solving skills Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a similar field is typically required.
