Operations Manager needed to join a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand. A newly created role to truly make your own, they are looking for a super switched on and forward-thinking Ops Manager with industry experience and knowledge to join the vision of the company as they open their London Design Hub. As the Operations Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the day-to-day operations, overseeing building management, the day to day set up and smooth running of the office, logistics, supply chain management, customer service processes, and team coordination. They are looking for someone with the ability to implement and streamline processes and procedures, working closely with their Founders as well as working with their space in Leicester. Key responsibilities: Daily office management: Team Management Liaise with Accountants and Lawyers Procurement Overseeing 3rd party services including statutory testing, cleaning contractors, and other supplier partners Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Analyse current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Align operations with company goals and objectives. Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting. Photoshoot & Campaign Management: Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, including booking studios, managing schedules, and securing necessary permits or equipment. Work closely with the creative team to ensure all operational elements of photoshoots run smoothly. Oversee delivery timelines for campaign assets to ensure alignment with product launches. Financial Management: Manage budgets and monitor operational expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. You: Experience and ability to build the role from scratch. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the fashion/retail or e-commerce space. Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics along with familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, and processes are hugely desirable.
