We are currently looking to appoint an additional Operations Manager to continue the growth and trajectory of our high performing Wales territory! Our amazing Wales regions consist of 8 branches and over 30 passionate consultants and managers. This role will provide the opportunity to take ownership and accountability for a sub-region within the wider Wales territory and help shape its overall continued growth and expansion.

This new opportunity will enable the current branch network to be supported effectively in increasing business revenue and GP, continuing staff development and retention as well as increasing educator utilisation. This opportunity will encourage the successful applicant to work under pressure and problem solve to ensure the smooth running of their new Region, as well as working cohesively with other Operations Managers and members of the Teaching Personnel Senior Management Team.

Within this team, the successful applicant will use strategy and wider thinking to create a culture to drive performance growth, talent acquisition and expansion, with direct line management responsibility of a team of passionate Branch Managers. This vacancy could be suitable for Senior Branch Managers, or current Location/Regional Managers looking to take the next step in their forward-thinking career. The successful Operations Manager will provide effective leadership and management of several designated branches and clients so that a quality service is provided in a manner that supports Teaching Personnel's values, enhancing the reputation of the wider Company, and leading to business growth.

As an Operations Manager you will be expected to:
* Manage performance of whole teams, Branch Managers and individual Recruitment Consultants
* Manage and oversee client relationships and develop the existing client portfolio
* Ensure educator recruitment and attraction is meeting supply demands and always maintaining quality
* Ensure the wellbeing, productivity, and effectiveness of all Managers and Consultants across the Region.
* Meet quality and compliance expectations ensuring that policies are adhered to
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders of the business


The Operations Manager role is key to ensuring the smooth running and high performance of teams. You will have the opportunity to network and learn from other Operation Managers and work collaboratively with Senior Managers across the business.

It is a demanding but a rewarding role with many layers, instantly you will be given autonomy over the decisions you make and the voice you are given to create a change culture.The successful applicant will be someone who can operate at a senior level and demonstrate a natural ability to inspire and lead others, alongside a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into any activity when needed.
