Your ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and support the Chief Communications and Marketing Officers Operations Directorate in delivering on key global initiatives will be critical to your success.
The CCMO leads the Marketing and Communications department at Warwick, a team dedicated to building and enhancing the University's global, national, and local reputation. As we aim to achieve our ambitious 2030 vision and strategic goals, the department is spearheading major international campaigns to support our brand evolution and international student recruitment, with a particular focus on celebrating our 60th anniversary. Key areas of focus include brand strategy, global marketing, market research and insights, corporate communications, and high-impact campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor and President, the CCMO is a member of the University Executive Board, and he is responsible, alongside the Board, for the renewal and implementation of the University Strategy.
About You
This role is ideal for someone with expertise in executive and operational administration, seeking a new and exciting challenge. The successful candidate will excel at providing exceptional support to multiple stakeholders and demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing responsibilities across the Operations Directorate. These responsibilities encompass operational functions such as finance, human resources, travel, events, and diary management.
Key traits for success include motivation, creativity, and ambition, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
