To lead and manage all physical security and site access assurance for the Cornerstone passive estate. Provision of site-level security management, including overseeing the use of additional security measures such as the addition of smart locks, provision of keys, and BAU lock management. Management of the digital access permit system, along with strategic governance, is specifically targeted at areas of supplier delivery and operational management to ensure business objective delivery and compliance. Work as part of a team to provide support to ensure the timely and accurate updating of access records and ensure access issues are resolved within our SLA and in accordance with OLA's, to ensure our shareholders maximize service availability and quality and site provider issues are professionally managed to mutual resolution. Ensure the management of site visitors is monitored and controlled via strict onboarding of companies and individuals, along with identification of high-risk safety work in preparation for the HSQE team review, along with directly overseeing lower-risk works and governance provision over this work. Collate data from governance findings and deliver management information to improve supplier awareness and deliver strategic reports and recommendations to demonstrate control and improvement. - Careful management and liaison with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the duties of this role do not inhibit the programme and property portfolio. Ensure the permitting is in place so Cornerstone is compliant, and H&S and security are controlled to the highest level. Understand all elements of onboarding and access to ensure the correct documents are in place for onboarding or works. IMPACT

- The role relates directly to CS business objectives and compliance with legislation and other standards and requirements including the MSA. The security and access assurance are instrumental in achieving its intended objective of high standards of excellence in accordance with ISO standards and statutory compliance. INFLUENCE

- Interaction with all stakeholders going to site. Manage a business partner which could see additional locks being deployed at active and new passive business levels. Experience

Health and safety experience and understanding of the links to the access system Access management and Security Experience Clear and concise communication skills both upward and within the team Strong planning and organisational ability to prepare and anticipate well in the face of change Knowledge of digital access permit systems Desired

Experience delivering access management within a telecoms network infrastructure share environment
