About the role: We are looking for someone who can unlock the potential of our operations processes in an extremely fast-paced environment. As an Operations Specialist you will own the end to end process associated with the installation of parcel machines across the UK. What you’ll be doing: Schedule and manage contractors across multiple locations simultaneously. Create and maintain a direct relationship between site landlords, commercial managers and installation service providers. Facilitate the end to process from site surveys to installation sign-off. Deliver on key installation and operational KPIs. What we need from you: Experience in an operations role working within a project team. Evidence of operating within a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in the execution of operational processes and project coordination. Demonstrated enablement of a physical operation, including delivering against KPIs. Exceptional communication and organization skills. Strong data management skills (Excel etc). We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if: Self Driven:
