As an Operations Specialist, you are the expert in meeting our clients and educators' needs. You will be working closely with them to cover sicknesses and day-to-day supply needs, finding the best fit between educator and setting. You will be building long-term relationships that allow us to give our growing client base the highest quality of supply cover possible. Humly gives clients and educators access to our app, through which bookings can be requested and fulfilled directly. You will be training our educators and clients on how to use our app through day-to-day conversations and on-site visits, to ensure we are doing everything we can to meet their supply needs as promptly as possible. You will also be responsible for bookings made through traditional mediums such as phone and email. This is a 180 consultant role. You will not be expected to advertise for or complete the recruitment and compliance of new candidates. You will be focused on developing new clients, retaining existing relationships and ensuring the best possible fit between educators and settings. You will be part of our Milton Keynes team and will be primarily responsible for early years. You will be based in our Linford Wood office 4 days a week (one day a week from home) and may be expected to complete some of your onboarding in our head office (Birmingham). The Operations Specialist role reports directly to the Regional Manager. Key Responsibilities: Make sure we match as many jobs as possible in the marketplace, primarily focusing on long-term jobs and permanent placements. Follow up on matched jobs, ensure it is a successful match and try to upsell new jobs. KPIs include matched educators, appointment rate, and booking clients. Make sure all educators' impressions of Humly are excellent. You need to be service-minded and have a big interest in helping educators to their next opportunity through Humly. As an operations specialist, you will handle high volumes of school jobs per school term. Targets will be set by your manager. Work according to the Humly way of working and share ideas, problems, and learnings within the team. What you’ll bring to the role:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have the ability to manage difficult conversations. Proactive problem solver. Work collaboratively with everyone on the operations team. Our Humly Milton Keynes office is a small, collaborative, and supportive workplace. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing team and will continue the energy and positivity of our workplace. Preferred Qualities: Full UK driving licence is preferred; the ability to commute daily to our Linford Wood office is required. 2-5 years experience in the recruitment or education sectors. Degree-level qualification. There is no minimum qualification level for the correct candidate. What we can offer: Working hours: 40 hours per week. Flexibility required between 07:00-17:00. 1 work from home day per week. Private medical insurance Enhanced maternity and paternity Free onsite parking Long-term progression and geographical mobility between our UK offices Competitive salary and bonus opportunities About Humly Humly revolutionises education with a digital marketplace that empowers supply educators with full-career control and gives schools, nurseries, and children instant access to a great education. We are more than a supply agency. While we will always be available by phone for our educators and clients, our app allows clients to raise supply requests themselves, and our educators to see all available work and book themselves in directly with the nursery. We’ve been doing it since 2015, and it’s why we’re the market leader in Sweden and have the most downloaded supply app in the UK.
