JOB DESCRIPTION
As Operations Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the link between the stock room and the floor. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will perform a fundamental role in both the management of the stock room and offer an exceptional shopping experience to the consumer.
Key parts of the role:
Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI's and implementing profit opportunities. Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis. Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards. Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stock room. Organize and maintain the stockroom. Provide shop floor support to the team. Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team. Manage store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota. Assist with the customers' journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensure the customer comes first. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge. Our ideal candidate:
