We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of coach and mini-bus drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, and maintaining compliance with all relevant industry regulations. Responsibilities: Manage a team of coach drivers, providing guidance, support, and training. Oversee driver scheduling and allocation, ensuring appropriate coverage for all routes and services. Monitor driver performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure drivers adhere to all industry rules and regulations, including those related to driving hours, rest breaks, and vehicle safety. Conduct regular checks of driver licenses and tachograph records. Assist with driver recruitment, including screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Work closely with management on fleet-related issues, such as vehicle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Contribute to the development of new contracts and business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications/Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a coach driver or in a supervisory role within the transportation industry. Strong knowledge of UK driving regulations and industry best practices. Flexible Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid PSV driver's license.
