This is a fantastic opportunity to join Team Ipsum at our Head Office, your main job purpose is to provide administrative support to the Operations Support Team and other functions as and when required. Your New Role

Principal Accountabilities: Booking internal and external training for employees and recording on company systems Issuing tools, equipment and PPE to operatives and recording on company systems Entering audit and inspection report data onto company systems Actioning shared-service requests from business users (for example, but not limited to, centralised Hotel Bookings) General office support duties, including the sending/receiving of post, parcels and goods, replenishment of office and kitchen stocks, receiving visitors to the office Scanning, printing, and uploading of training, identity and authorisation documents General up-keep of business and team documentation Maintaining database information on Ipsum’s systems and portals Supporting colleagues in the Operations Support team as required About You

Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s): 5 GCSE’s Grade 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent Knowledge & Experience: Previous administrative experience Experience in a supporting role in a safety-critical environment would be beneficial Skills & Personal Qualities: The ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills – Telephone, Teams, Email A desire and personal pride to make improvements. Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative. An ability to identify where their assistance will help colleagues. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of SharePoint for document storage would be advantageous What We Offer
